Yet again, Crosible is making strides in our quest for zero emissions. Our precision-engineered cartridge filters overcome the challenges that most manufacturers have come to accept as the norm.

Utilising various media like NANO-H2O Fiber and Spun Bond range we are achieving F6 to H11 efficiency ratings.

Our strict ISO9001 quality assurance system guides every step during the manufacturing of custom-designed cartridge solutions in our Proudly South African facility based in Gauteng.

DESIGN FEATURES

All cartridges are custom-made to each client’s specifications.

Twist & Fix (T&F) Cartridges:
Our cast Aluminum T & F tops guarantee exact and easy fitment.
Currently, 145mm and 325mm Diameter T&F tops are available.

Open Tops & Closed Bases:
Open tops and closed bases are available to suit most applications.

Custom Cartridge Length:
Crosible can produce any length cartridge up to 2 meters. The most common lengths are 600mm, 660mm, 900mm and 1300mm.

Custom Pleat Design:
All cartridges are made to customer specification – this includes both the number and the depths of the pleats. Crosible’s unique open-air pleats reduce cartridge blinding and maintain an open flow. Subsequently, the cartridge discharges dust more readily and therefore maintains consistent high air flows for a much longer period.

FILTER MEDIA SELECTION

Media selection has a significant impact on filtration efficiencies. The same filter media may work exceptionally well in one application but may render mediocre results under different circumstances. Therefore, Crosible has sourced several different textiles to provide cartridge solutions for every application.
Below are a few of the main media sources that we hold in stock:

Nano-H2O:
Nano-Fiber – a resin-bonded cellulose microfiber.
• Efficiency F9 ( 0.3-micron particles )
• Corrugation – 0.4 mm

Nano-H2O – with FS24 water repellence treatment to repel moisture and dust in humid conditions.
• Renders superior dust release
• Reduces pleat clogging and ensures higher consistent air flows.

Nano H2O Fiber

Spun-Bond SP226
• Efficiency – F6,
• Filtering particulates – 1 micron
• Suitable for general industrial dust filtration.
• Temperature tolerance – up to 130 degrees C

Spun-Bond 226 SF24
• Efficiency – F6
• General dust filtration with added water and oil repellence treatment.
• FS24 is a Fleuro-Silicon emulsion treatment rendering the polyester fibers to repel any moisture and oil that might be clogging general common filter media.
• The FS24 treatment also aids dust release and is recommended where dust is clogging pleats.

Spun-Bond 226 AL (Anti-static)
• Renders the highest conductivity available in the market and reduces any static build-up.
• Efficiency – F6
• Particle retention – 1 micron

Spun-Bond H11 (PTFE Membrane)
• Efficiency – H11 spun bond media is suitable for smoke removal, hospital clean rooms and filters bacteria.
• Industrial applications include the removal of fumes from CNC machines, and other sub-micron particulates.
• Particle retention – 0.3 microns are captured to an efficiency of 99.95%.
